Phillip MORIN was 30 years old at the time he was last seen by his family in May of 2008. At that time, he was residing on Colony Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He has not been heard from since.

It is extremely unusual for him not to have contact with family members for an extended period of time. MORIN has not been heard from since his disappearance.

He is described as 5’7” tall, 140 pounds, black long hair with brown eyes and a slim build.
