MISSING PERSON – EMILY HOWARTH - R250060246

The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 22-year-old female, Emily HOWARTH.

HOWARTH was last seen on Tuesday October 7th, 2025 in the vicinity of Kennedy Street and York Avenue Winnipeg, Manitoba.

HOWARTH is described as 5’2” in height, thin build, with shoulder length hair dyed blonde with some pink and blue eyes. HOWARTH has a small tattoo over the left eyebrow, one beneath the left eye, and one through the right eyebrow.

The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for HOWARTH’s well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding their whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250
