MISSING PERSON – LENA STARR - R260037791

The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 20-year-old Female, LENA STARR.

STARR was last seen on Friday, July 3rd, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. in the North End area of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

STARR is described as 5’3” in height, thin build, with black hair and brown eyes. STARR was last seen wearing a dark blue hoodie, grey camouflage pants and green shoes.

The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for STARR’s well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding their whereabouts to contact the Manitoba Integrated Missing Persons Coordination Centre (MIMPCC) at 204-986-6250.
