The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 49-year-old, MILLICENT POWELL.

POWELL was last seen on July 18th, 2025 in the area of Elma, Manitoba.

POWELL is described as 5’7” in height, medium build, with black and grey hair and brown eyes.

The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for POWELL’s well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding their whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
