MISSING PERSON – SHELBY HAYWARD – R23-60575

The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 30-year-old female, Shelby HAYWARD.

HAYWARD was reported missing on Friday, November 17th, 2023 and she was last seen on Friday, October 20th, 2023 at Polo Park Mall, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

HAYWARD is described as 5’5” in height, medium build, with medium length straight brown hair and brown eyes.
